How to make a Commission Request:1. Make sure my commissions are open! You can see this information on my FA and Twitter.
2. Think up a cool commission idea!
3. Collect references images of the character(s) and, if possible/relevant, the setting. Sadly, I will not draw based on written descriptions of characters.
4. Contact me through my business email or Discord and let's talk! If emailing, please add the Subject line, "Commission Request," to your email, and briefly describe what you would like created. If messaging me on Discord, state your interest in getting a commission and briefly describe what you would like created. Please, do not just say "Hi." You will be auto-blocked if ya do, fair warning, hehe.
5. We will talk further and I will decide whether to accept your commission.
6. Once all the details about the commission are agreed upon, I will send you an invoice. Once it is paid, I'll begin!I will send progress updates periodically - these are your opportunities to give me feedback and let me know I'm on track. I'm pretty open to requests for changes, but be advised: Term #8 of the T&Cs is still in effect. If you want changes, tell me sooner rather than later.
Terms and Conditions1. The Client must read, understand and agree to all the below terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the below terms.2. All clients must be 18 or older to view or commission mature artworks from the artist.3. A commission request may be rejected at the artist's discretion for any reason.4. Accept methods of payment are: PayPal, Ko-Fi, Wise.5. Commissions up to $60 in value must be paid in a lump sum up front. Commissions above $60 in value may be paid in lump sum or in two payments. Payments are due 72 hours (3 days) from when the invoice is received. The client will be sent a written notice of when the invoice has been sent their provided form of contact. The client's queue slot will be lost upon failure to pay the invoice within this time.6. All refunds must be requested/made before the commission is 50% complete. If the commission is beyond 50% complete, no refund can be offered.
The client may request a refund. If the client communicates poorly/inappropriately with the artist, or if an unforeseen circumstance prevents the artist from completing the commission in a reasonable timeframe, the artist reserves the right to terminate the commission, and will issue a refund, when possible. All refunds will be proportional to the amount of work already done and will be less any applicable service fees charged by the relevant third party online payment service (e.g., Paypal).7. If a commission was terminated due to poor behavior on the part of the client, the client may be blacklisted from future commissions. If a commission was terminated due to the artist's circumstances, the artist will offer discounted service for any clients who were inconvenienced by this at a future date.8. Any requests for significant changes made too late into the creation process of the artwork will result in additional charges.9. All listed prices are starting prices. The cost will increase as "Extras" are added, as well as according to the artist's discretion.10. The artist intends to display the artwork they create at their own discretion. If the client would like to keep their commission private, they must inform the artist at the time of making the commission request.11. The artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to alteration and commercial reproduction.12. The client retains all rights to their respective characters. This does not allow them rights to the commissioned image in commercial ways.
